Turns out, a lot of luxury shoppers feel the same way. Despite the boom in online shopping, many hesitate to buy luxury items digitally because:

Mobile-first is a must. More affluent shoppers prefer mobile apps over desktop browsing, so optimizing for mobile was non-negotiable.
The best brands blend exclusivity with usability. Top luxury e-commerce sites make shoppers feel special while keeping the experience simple and intuitive.
