OVERVIEW
Famaxo is a multi-sided platform built around the commerce of experience - a mobile app where users discover, book, and sell tickets for events and sports, and arrange travel through curated trip plans. The product spans three surfaces: a consumer-facing app serving both buyers and sellers, a service provider app for vendors managing their listings, and an admin dashboard for platform operations.
I joined the project in its later stages, with the core product already built and functional. My work was primarily a UI redesign - revisiting the visual language, hierarchy, and consistency across the app to bring greater clarity and polish to an already-live product. Working within existing flows and constraints, the challenge was improving the experience without disrupting what already worked.
